News:

The laughter rolls on. The New Year has arrived and our clubs are once again rollicking with laughter. Last Saturday, 8 folks showed up, including some very enthusiastic new folks. Thanks one and all.

 

Wednesday at 7pm, I will be leading as Wonderful April is preparing to lift off for other parts. I understand family is calling. I hope we will see her at some sessions before the sad day or her departure arrives. April’s energy has been key to Laughter Yoga development here in Victoria and I know we will all miss her.

Notice #3: Breathe deeply. Deep breathing is an integral part of every Laughter Yoga session. And it does help to oxygenate the body and bring balance and joy into our lives.
