Wow. 5 new laughers at the Saturday morning club. Word must be getting around. Welcome to our new members and congratulations on taking a joyful step. Look forward to seeing you again.

New Laughter Yoga in James Bay

A new session begins this Thursday Feb 10th at James Bay Community Centre, 140 Oswego Street.

This is Kathleen Roxborough’s club and due to her hard work, 9 people are signed up. There is still room for up to 6 more.

This will be a 9 week session, not a drop in. It goes from 6pm to 7pm every Thursday and I (Matti) will be leading as Kathleen has to attend to family.

Be sure to pass this on to friends and family who are in the James Bay area, or for whom Thursday is the best time.

About this ONEARTH PRACTICE: Laughter not only strengthens our immune system, it also boosts our energy and protects us from the damaging effects of stress.  Laughter connects us to the present moment and nurtures our roots to grow. When it is shared, it will unite us together to increase our happiness and intimacy. Laughter is another tool to take us into inner silence, to create a space in us and connect with joy to the present moment.  Besides, isn’t it nice to remember not to take our spiritual paths too seriously?
