Snow in Victoria..wow…it is actually great on a sunny day like today. Makes for a bright outlook.
Wednesday night class had only one person, though….me! ho ho ha ha ha. I laughed for 15 minutes by myself. Great fun.
The Thursday night class was cancelled, though. Another class will be added on to the end of the session. Program Coordinator, Kate Longpre, and myself felt it would be most fair for everyone that way. We felt sure some would be able to make it, being close by, but that some would not. So to be fair to those that could not, we extended the session by one week to April 7th.
No such problem for tomorrow’s class. Saturday morning at 10 is a GO. And I got a call from a visiting Laughter Yoga Teacher from Italy. Margo has a daughter on a student exchange in Nanaimo and is visiting her there. But first, she will come and laugh with us tomorrow morning.
So, we will have some “international” laughter tomorrow. Come and join the fun.
Remember, age is not a factor. Anyone at any age can laugh. Founder Dr. Kataria met a 98 year old Laughter Yoga participant during his travels in Taiwan:
