 The radio story didn’t even address the fact that happy people are more fulfilled, relaxed, and peaceful. …that they naturally get lower prices, more opportunities, better care, more friends, greater intimacy, and so on.

You might think, “I would be happy too if I had more intimacy (or that car, that raise, that home…),” but it is the other way around. If you’re happy first, everything else will come. High wages. Great relationships. Better sex. Career advancements. Customers. Great deals. Contentment in your home….”

 Laughter Helps Parkinson’s Patient

“I’ve been working with Parkinson’s Disease patients, blending together an exercise system developed specifically for them by John Argue and LY.

One of the difficult symptoms of Parkinson’s that many people experience is lack of facial expression along with a host of other movement issues.

At the last group one of the participant’s husbands sat on the perimiter of the the room working on a laptop during the class and was very surprised by how much mobility and vigor was showing in his wifes face at the end of the class!

It was a big deal for her to be able to share her joy with her husband, I felt so blessed!

It’s amazing that people can get instant benefits from something as easy and free as laughter. YAY!!!!”


93 Year Old is the Oldest Laughter Yoga Leader
