Laughter Yoga is not a “cure” for anything. It’s just that folk wisdom has always said: “Laughter is the best medicine.”

The general feeling in our classes has been that most folks find it can and does change their attitudes. There is more smiling and less fretting.

 

Examples given include no longer getting upset when someone cuts us off in traffic.

One of our wonderful Saturday morning attendees says she now sings one of our “laughter songs” every morning. Gets her off on the right foot for the day.
