“Such interesting feedback from a student. This shows how laughter works on all levels when we adopt it into our lives and practice regularly… She has only be practicing for two weeks, dialing into the Telephone Laughter Club every morning to enjoy the start to the day with laughter. When I spoke to her yesterday she told that she had started having ‘weird dreams’ – not nightmares or scary things but just weird.
Dreams with people that she didn’t really like and who she had pushed out of her life for various reasons but they were not in these dreams.
When you start changing with the practice of laughter it affects you at all levels and the subconscious mind start untangling things that we may have tucked away even if it may be nagging in the back of our mind.
Once it has been dealt with at a subtle or ‘dream-stage’ then it clears energy blockages and raises our energy level. At least that is how I see it – any thoughts to add to my perception?
I really believe that we don’t necessarily have to live through all these things we’ve packed away, and that laughter can help unlock and unblock trapped energy without the trauma reoccurring – what a fantastic healing tool! Love to you all, Laughter Angels”
