Here’s hoping this finds you basking in the sun…or the shade if you burn easily as I do. Wonderful to have some real summer.

Motivational speaker Jim Rohn (Tony Robbins’ mentor) is quoted as saying, “People say motivation doesn’t last. Neither does showering, that’s why we do it daily.”

The same could be said for laughter. We feel good and get the benefits from coming to Laughter Yoga.

But laughter is like Vitamin C. We need it as a daily nutrient. If we go long enough without Vitamin C, scurvy is the result.

If we go long enough without laughter, “hardening of the stress response” might result.

The solution: attend your local neighbourhood Laughter Yoga Club weekly and laugh every day as well.

Here is the latest word on when and where in the Victoria area:
