Laughter Yoga and Pot Luck at Miho’s: Monday, September 10. Laughter Yoga from 6-7pm. Potluck from 7-8 pm. Here is the note from Laughter Yoga Leader Miho Lindley in Colwood:

Marlene Chertok, a Laughter Yoga Leader from Missouri is coming to visit us. She is Arya, Dr. Laugh’s friend and wanted to meet you and other Laughter friends in Victoria.

Reminder about Victoria Laughter Day:

Sunday September 16th Saxe Point Park end of Fraser Street in Esquimalt. 11am to noon. Let your friends know. Better yet, invite them and bring them along.
Laughter Yoga Leader Gene Furbee is still actively searching for a new palce to have his Monday Morning classes. You will hear as soon as I know. Of course, if you have a place that would be ideal and not too terribly far from Esquimalt, let Gene or myself know about it. Thanks.
