Laughter Yoga Gearing Up For Fall. Laughter, the Newsletter Sept. 20, 2012

Laughter Yoga in Victoria is gearing up again.

Gracie Giggles had her first class last Thursday and another one tonight.

Matti’s Esquimalt Laughter Yoga Club starts up again on Saturday at 1-2pm at 1314A Esquimalt Road.

There is still space available in Kathleen Roxborough’s Thursday 5:30pm class at the Monterey Centre: 1442 Monterey Avenue. Call Monterey Centre for details: 250.370.7300.

And of course, Miho Saturday classes have been going all summer long and they continue. Details on the club site:

By the way: Victoria Laughter Day was awesome at Saxe Point Park on Sunday. Great warm weather meant we could roll on the grass and bust a gut.

Visiting Laughter Yoga Teacher
Wonderful to laugh with Marlene Chertok, a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher from St. Louis. She was visiting family in Seattle and Dr. Laughter told her if she was ever in the area, she had to meet Miho, our Western Communities Laughter Leader.
