‘Unleash the Power Within’ is Anthony Robbins programme with the famous firewalk. A good Laughter exercise puts you in the right mental frame of mind to cross any physical, mental or emotional obstacle – your own personal hotcoal path…

Anthony Robbins laughs the Laughter Yoga way and it just emphasises that anyone can benefit from Laughter Yoga, people from all walks of life!

The Laughter continues at Esquimalt Laughter Yoga Club 1-2pm on Saturdays (including this Saturday…hint, hint).

Matti shows up at 12:30 at the Metta in Motion Yoga studio at 1314A Esquimalt Road for a half hour of Tai Chi prior to class. You are welcome to join him. This style is called “Search Centre” Tai Chi and is very gentle.

Tonight, Thursday night, check out Gracie’s Laughter Yoga class at the Fernwood Community Centre.

Miho’s class continues on Saturdays at 11am. Call her for details at 250.391.1117.
