Update on Laughter Yoga, the Newsletter Dec. 28, 2012

Re the Laughter Yoga Survey. It turns out we only have 5.30 pm available on Wednesday.

 

So here is the updated survey:

The Saturday 1pm class is moving to either Wednesday or Friday early afternoon and/or evening.

 

Your opinion is valued. Which do you prefer of these options?

Fridays at 6:30pm

I have been leading the Saturday class since this time of year in 2008. It feels like a change wants to happen and it coincides with a space opening up at the Metta in Motion studio. –matti

Kathleen Roxborough has some classes coming up in January.

Monterey Centre on January 10th. 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.

 

New classes…… starting January 17th.- Feb. 21st. 5:30-6:30

and also ……….. March 14th. – April 18th 5:30- 6:30

 

All are Thursday evening”
