Instead of GNP or Gross National Production, how about taking a page from the tiny Buddhist country of Bhutan?

 

GROSS NATIONAL LAUGHTER (GNL) is the new measure of success.

 

One of the most authentic indicators of success is how happy we are. The nation of Bhutan has claimed that Gross National Happiness is their number one resource.

 

Increase your own Gross National Laughter Quotient

 

Now, you too can contribute to the success of your country…by laughing. You see, laughter is the easiest, cheapest, cleanest, healthiest and most fun way to achieve Happiness!

 

By practicing laughter, we insure that positive emotions dominate – when the body is laughing the brain cannot register unhappiness!

 

Relieve Stress

 

Further to that (and this is a little known fact), stress hormones cannot co-exist with the “feel-good” hormones such as the endorphins.

 

Be More Successful
