Laugh Your Way to Joy. This Sunday, May 4th is World Laughter Day.
Here in Victoria, we celebrate by getting together and holding an outdoor Laughter Yoga Session.
Time: 11am to noon
Bring your family and friends. Children welcome. They are great Laughter Leaders. One of the goals of Laughter Yoga is accessing our inner childlike playfulness.
This year, the theme is world peace, which is the goal of Dr. Madan Kataria.

Miho is looking for a Laughter Leader to lead the new Mustard Seed Laughter Club once a month. Miho started this very successful club a few weeks ago at 1:30pm on Saturdays.
