Laugh Your Way to Joy. This Sunday, May 4th is World Laughter Day.

 

Here in Victoria, we celebrate by getting together and holding an outdoor Laughter Yoga Session.

 

Time: 11am to noon

Place: SaxePointPark

 

Bring your family and friends. Children welcome. They are great Laughter Leaders. One of the goals of Laughter Yoga is accessing our inner childlike playfulness.

 

This year, the theme is world peace, which is the goal of Dr. Madan Kataria.

Esquimalt Friday night Laughter Yoga Club welcomes you tomorrow night. 1314A Esquimalt Road, the Metta In Motion Yoga Studio. 7-8 pm.

Miho is looking for a Laughter Leader to lead the new Mustard Seed Laughter Club once a month. Miho started this very successful club a few weeks ago at 1:30pm on Saturdays. Now, she needs someone to lead on the 4th Saturday of each month. Which one of our leaders can step up to the plate? Please contact Miho at 250.391.1117.
