Laugh Your Way to Joy. This Sunday, May 4th is World Laughter Day.

 

Here in Victoria, we celebrate by getting together and holding an outdoor Laughter Yoga Session.

 

Time: 11am to noon

Place: SaxePointPark

 

Bring your family and friends. Children welcome. They are great Laughter Leaders. One of the goals of Laughter Yoga is accessing our inner childlike playfulness.

 

This year, the theme is world peace, which is the goal of Dr. Madan Kataria.

Extreme Makeover for Mustard Seed Food Bank and Street Church.

 

The venerable and valuable food bank Mustard Seed is getting an “Extreme Makeover.”

 

This is the initiative of Paul Latour who has done two other makeovers, one of which I volunteered for. And what an amazing feeling that was.

 

Here is the video he put together: He calls it “Hero Work.” Many individuals and numerous companies are participating.
