Smoking is a habit which causes a lot of stress and health-related challenges. However, smoking used to be considered something de-stressing for the
person inhaling the fumes. As calming as it may seem to the person who smokes, we probably all know of the dangers of smoking… So how come, with
so many techniques and tools to help people quit, how come there are still so many people who smoke?
Perhaps there hasn’t been a true remedy to heal the need? How about trying Laughter Yoga as a means to stop smoking? People have started laughing on
