Laughter Yoga New Fall Session Starts Tomorrow Night: Laughter: The Newsletter September 10, 2013

Esquimalt Laughter Yoga club starts up again Wednesday the 11th of September. Hey, that’s tomorrow night.

 

7-8pm at Metta In Motion Yoga Studio. 1314A Esquimalt Road.

 

And yes, you CAN bring along a friend or three.

 

By donation. Nothing required, but suggested donation of $5- 15.00. Loose clothing and water bottle if you prefer.
