We had a fantastic kick off to our season two weeks ago. If you missed it, don’t miss tomorrow night. I baked a small cake for the occasion. (some might even be left for tomorrow night and we can enjoy tea and cake after the laughter. )
But seriously…just kidding, Laughter Yogis are never serious…we are sincere, but not serious. Ha ha.

Laughter Yoga and MS
Had a chat with Professor Gavin Giovannoni of Neuroscience at Queen Mary’s University of London at the MS Life 2012 event in Manchester today because one of my questions regarding MS which I first raised back in 2008 was regarding the T-Cells we produce when laughing, in MS the T-Cells turn on our immune system (which they are in fact part of) and attack the brain cells… Well, my question was what happens when producing more T-Cells, will more of them go bad and attack our central nervous system? To which he responded that there are different types of T-Cells and the ones we produce through strengthening our immune system with laughter may in fact have a very good effect on the bad ones and reduce these and in essence the effect of bad T-Cells… Nice to know from a neuroscience specialist – good thing is that we already knew this through Madan Kataria’s work with people living with MS ♥ Woohoooooo! I love Laughter Yoga ♥
