New Laughter Yoga venues


This Wednesday, Soren Russow and I will be leading new sessions at Ingredients, the health food store at 2031 Store Street (just down the road and across the street from Capital Iron. We will upstairs from 6.45pm to 7.45pm.


First and Third Wednesdays of the month. 6.45, 2031 Store Street.



2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, new sessions at Heart of the Village Yoga Studio at 2186 Oak Bay Avenue 7-8pm, starting Feb 14th. (Whoa…Valentine’s Day. I wonder if that is a good idea…stay tuned.)



Tickles the Clown aka Jennifer Burke continues her Tuesday noon hour Laughter Yoga sessions: 409 Hillside Avenue 12pm to 1pm:


Come join the Fun, and Laugh with us at the Pranic Healing and Meditation Centre. Laughter Yoga: There will be Drop-in classes, every Tuesday at 12 pm-1pm,only one Month left,Last class is February 25/2014.

Followed by weekly Twin Hearts Meditation from 1pm–1:40pm
