A Fab Valentine’s Day Laughter Yoga Session.
Friday night, a wonderful group of laughers inaugurated our new venue at the Heart of the Village Yoga Studio. (Which was a dance hall in the 30s, 40s and 50s).
Most of the exercises were Valentine themed and the focus was on how to access the love inside (as contrasted with “Looking for love in all the worn places…i.e. outside of us).
Thanks to one and all who attended and made it a memorable occasion. What a great way to initiate our sessions at this wonderful new venue.
We will be meeting on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month, so the next one will be Friday the 28th of February. See you then.
Today: Gene Furbee will have his weekly Monday afternoon LY session at 4:30pm 530 Fraser Street in Esquimalt.
Tuesday: Tickles the Clown has a 12 noon session at The Pranic Healing Centre 409 Hillside Ave. Followed by a 40 minute meditation (Optional)

Laughter Yoga is the unique concept that we can laugh for no reason at all.
* Laughter exercises send endorphins (feel good hormones) to the brain.
* Yoga breathing: more oxygen to brain and body equals:
* Feeling healthier and more energetic.
* Sessions are led by a certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
* Non-profit, non-religious, non-political
