WHAT! You haven’t laughed heartily (long and hard) for OVER A WEEK??

We can fix that.
Come along to Laughter Yoga this Friday (the 28th) 7-8pm at Heart of the Village Yoga Studio.
We’ll make sure you get your fair share of laughter, your laughter Quotient…for that day anyway.
You see, laughter really is a necessary nutrient.
Just like with vitamin C for example, if you don’t get it for one day, you don’t notice much.
But, if you consistently don’t get vitamin C, you get scurvy!
Same with laughter. Only a lack of laughter may cause hardening of attitudes, lack of flexibility, build up of stress and a host of other “conditions.”
Long term you are in danger of becoming a “sourpuss.”
We don’t want that now, do we?
So save yourself from a fate worse than rotting fruit.
Cure the later winter blahs and get energized. Oh yes, laughter is great aerobic exercise as well.
Friday Feb 28 7-8pm. It’s free or by donation…suggested $5 to $15.
P.S. Oak Bay Avenue is closed from Oliver to Mitchell, so leave early to get there on time…although we have never turned away late arrivals.
It’s just that you will want to extract maximum value from your Laughter Yoga Experience.
It will be sweetness itself to laugh with you on Friday. 🙂
