                                            Take the Shortcut to Happiness!


In this modern “hurry up” world, we all want the shortcuts. MTV, the internet, social media are among the influences that have shortened our attention spans.


“Give me the quick-fix and I can be on my way” seems to be our mantra more and more.


Convenience foods at home, take out Chinese and pizza or fast foods joints fill the days of many people.


Who spends more than  15 minutes preparing dinner any more? Not many do regularly anyway.




Why not take the shortcut to happiness? If you are doing shortcuts for everything else, why not happiness?


                                  What is the shortcut to happiness?  Laughter! and Joy!


Both of these are found in abundance at Laughter Yoga sessions.


Next Laughter Yoga is this Friday 7pm at 2186 Oak Bay Avenue, the Heart of the Village Yoga Studio.


We will laugh a bunch AND…


I will introduce some concepts, techniques and practices to support your LONG TERM happiness.
