Challenge Your Happiness Level!

Good morning, Matti!

 

Interesting email! There’s always going to be a different way to look at pretty much everything, isn’t there! The bottom line here, is that LY is just good fun; incorporating great breathing, and belly contracting (dare I say ‘workout’) Let me just say…who hasn’t  experienced a sore belly after much laughter? Sad for them if never, eh?!

 

We don’t need scientists or Drs , or personal trainers to tell us we’ve just had an ab workout! (or not!)  And we are much more relaxed; de~stressed! Ok. Ok. Maybe it’s NOT equivalent to aerobic exercise, but it’s dang FUN and I’d far rather have a great belly laugh than get on a rowing machine any day!  ~ And this is coming from a 4 time (successful) bodybuilder! So, there’s THAT!

 

Why does LY even have to be touted as a workout as opposed to just really really good for you? After a session of LY, our whole body experiences a release of tightness in our muscles, our face gets a YES! workout of muscles like NOTHING can ever do for it~ great for tightening up aging skin/muscles, puts a twinkle back in our eyes, helps to clear our thinking….so much more that I don’t think we even need to say it’s ‘up there’ with cardio! Nope! It’s surpassed it! In a different way!

 

We need all these things to stay healthy. How could we hope for optimum health if we only did cardio and weight training yet never challenged our level of happiness?

 

What a better world it would be if everyone strove to be better physically, mentally, and spiritually! Our health care system would be less taxed as would our bodies!

 

LY isn’t the ultimate answer to achieve this, but it iS an integral part!

Local Victoria News: CHEK TV will be with us on Sunday.

 

Another great Wednesday LY at Ingredients Health Store with our intrepid and skilful Soren Russow leading the session. 4 of us there and ideas flowed for new LY exercises. We will share those on Sunday in the Park…if we remember them…or we will make up new ones. Ha ha.

 

This Sunday 10:30am Beacon Hill Park, by the sundial. CHEK TV threatened to come out and video us for their newscast. So come out and be seen and heard…and spread the word about LY to Victoria and the island. The sun should be back by then.
