Please help me to congratulate our two newest Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders, Maddy Barber and Eric Bourgault.
They trained with me this weekend and, in fact, co-led the Sunday morning Laughter Yoga Session at Sunrise Senior Living. AND they did a fabulous job on their first leading gig. Well done to both.
We had an awesome time. It is highly energizing to take the training. Also inspirational. Laughter Yoga is such a blessing. Endless gratitude to founder Dr. Madan Kataria.
If you or anyone you know has an interest in becoming a leader, I invite you to talk to myself or to Eric and/or Maddy about their experience. AND about their plans to take Laughter Yoga leading forward in their lives.
Laughter Yoga tonight at Ingredients Health Food and Apple Cafe at 2031 Store Street (just down the road and across the street from Capital Iron.) We will be upstairs from 6.45pm to 7.45pm. Suggested donation $5 – $15.
