Deep Healing.

 

That’s what occurred last night at the Wednesday Laughter Yoga session. Four Leaders contributed to a great session. We made up a lot of new exercises and the spirit of the inner child was present throughout. Such fun

 

Then during meditation, the sweet sounds of chanting created a sacred space. One participant commented on how deep she felt the healing. I had the same sense.

 

What a joy it is to have Laughter Yoga in the world.

Serendipity. Article from Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Soren Russow:

 

The other day when a friend of mine was on the plane about to fly to Hawaii, she overheard someone talking about Laughter Yoga. The man behind her was mentioning that he came to Victoria to visit his Grandma at Sunrise Senior Living.

 

When he came on Sunday morning to visit her she convinced him to come to the Laughter Yoga Session that I was leading. When he was talking to someone on the plane about Laughter Yoga he started raving about how great the Session was and how every Sunday his Grandma looks forward to it.

 

My friend looked back to him and asked, “Was it Soren?” He replied, “Yes that is his name. He is great” She responded with, “I am glad you had the chance to experience my friend Soren.”

 

Miho, Matti and I have been leading sessions there for a few months now and the Grandma in question was the most reluctant to take part when she first came. Now she loves it so much and feels way more joy in her life. I wanted to share this, because what we do with Laughter Yoga is so very powerful and this really made me feel that I can make a huge difference in people’s lives. We all can!!!
