Marc from CHEK came to “chek” us out at this morning’s Laughter Yoga session in Beacon Hill Park.


The report will be on the 5pm news this afternoon. Thanks CHEK for helping promote World Laughter Day next Sunday (the 3rd).


We will have two sessions to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Laughter Yoga.


Dr. Madan Kataria was doing research for a paper on “Laughter is the Best Medicine” and found many studies that showed that there are health benefits to laughter…an abundance of benefits.


Some research even shows that we are 31% more productive when  happy.


Two venues:


Beacon Hill Park by the sundial across from the washrooms at 10:30am,




Windsor Park on Windsor Road in Beacon Hill at 1:30pm


Come to one or both next Sunday and help us to celebrate 20 years, and

Contribute to World Peace.


Dr. Kataria’s goal is World Peace Through Laughter.
