Laugh in the Park

Sunday mornings have been a great time in Beacon Hill Park 10:30am each week. Here some Laughter Yoga Leaders simulate a Laughter Yoga session. Notice the inner six year olds coming out.

    Laughter yoga is the most effective way to stimulate the whole body.
    having just joined the class with Matti a most energetic man whom I think is wonderful.
    I still laugh every time a hit a red light.
    Unfortunately I have been in hospital laughing my way through surgery & have missed a few classes, however I will be returning as soon as possible.
