Laugh in the Park
Sunday mornings have been a great time in Beacon Hill Park 10:30am each week. Here some Laughter Yoga Leaders simulate a Laughter Yoga session. Notice the inner six year olds coming out.
We also have a session Wednesdays at 6.45 at Ingredients Health Food Store.
Gene Furbee holds a session Mondays at 4:30pm at VIHA Fraser Street in Esquimalt.
