Sunday Morning Laughter Yoga Moves Indoors for Fall and Winter
We say Au Revoir to Beacon Hill Park for the season and give thanks for such a wonderful space in the park to laugh all spring and summer. We will return in spring 2016.
Now, Sunday mornings will see us at Sunrise Senior Centre from 10:30 am to 11:30am. Note that this is for all, not just seniors. 920 Humboldt Street. Miho Lindley will be leading, along with guest Certified Laughter Yoga Leaders from time to time. Fun times for all.
