Laughter Relieves Pain
At Wednesday’s Laughter yoga session, Liz had a pulled muscle that was giving her pain. After laughing for better part of the hour, she said the pain was much less.
Yes, Laughter can help pain, after all “Laughter is the Best Medicine.”
