Laughter Yoga as Healer. Victoria Laughter News November 24, 2016

This bug had me dragged out. I did not want to go to Laughter Yoga last night. Just let me crawl under the covers.

 

But…I am always saying to my fellow laughers: when you really don’t feel like coming to Laughter Yoga, that is when you need really need to get there.

 

So, I got there. I was leading too, so I had to summon up extra energy.

 

Once again, I was delighted to find more energy as the hour unfolded.

 

There is something magical in getting together with like-minded folk and just laughing uproariously for no reason.

 

I am deeply grateful for all who showed up last night (we had ten of us, yay).

 

A good sleep followed. And today I finally have the feeling like I may actually live through this…ha ha.

 

The many, ongoing benefits of Laughter Yoga just continue to show up in my life.

 

On this American Thanksgiving, I give thanks to founder Dr. Madan Kataria and to all who have laughed with me and help me stay on a joy-filled path in life.
