Barefoot Laughter Yoga in the Park. Victoria Laughter News April 8, 2017

The first Sunday session was Sunday last (April 2nd). A dozen hearty souls took part.

 

Fun is always with us and this was no exception.

 

The fun continues this Sunday. We meet at the sundial in the centre of Beacon Hill Park. (Across from the restrooms)

Come join us and “bust a gut” laughing…for no reason, except just to have fun…and for the health benefits…and oh yes…

 

Laughter generates motivation for other life activities.

NEW! Laughter Yoga Forest Bathing at Royal Roads

 

Magnificent energy, beauty and views of Royal Roads.

 

The Japanese practice of “forest bathing” is spending time in the woods.

 

Healing benefits are manifold. There may be many nutrients in the forest air that our systems can use for healing.

 

The walk is about one hour. We will laugh for a few minutes overlooking Esquimalt Lagoon and the Olympic Mountains beyond.
