Wow. What an awesome Laughter Yoga session on Willows Beach Wednesday last.
We share some laughing Qigong. Energy movement type exercises from the Chinese practice related to Tai Chi.
So much fun exploring different ways of creating joy with laughter.
Willows Beach 5.30 Wednesdays for Spring and Summer. We meet in front of the Tea House. (There was no one actually in the Tea House, as it was not open yet)
We may explore different areas of the beach. That was a great place to start.
