When is the Best Time to Laugh? Victoria Laughter News June 14, 2017

 

The best time to laugh is when you really, really, really, REALLY don’t feel like it.

 

I can’t count the number of times I have dragged myself to Laughter Yoga.

 

Did not want to go. Felt like curling up in front of the TV.

 

Not once did it fail. I felt better almost right away when I got there.

 

And tons better, euphoric, ecstatic even after the one hour session.

 

So, if something had you down right now, come to Laughter Yoga tonight.
