Each of our 3 Laughter Yoga Sessions has been established for years now.
Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher Gene Furbee has sessions every Monday except holidays.
They take place at 4.30pm at VIHA on Fraser Street in Esquimalt…across from the Esquimalt Rec Centre. If you arrive late, just knock on the window.
Wednesdays, Soren Russow and Matti Anttila take turns leading at 5.30pm.
The venue has changed. We are now at Willows Beach, just in front of the parking lot.
Then Sundays at 10.30 am, we meet at the sundial in Beacon Hill Park. A delightful spot.
All sessions are one-hour long. All are fun. All are drop in. No reservations needed.
