Laughter is a great stress release. It is one of the reasons we scheduled a Laughter Yoga session for Wednesday. Midway through the week is a great time to laugh for no reason.
Relieve the stress of work, get recharged and revivified (Is that even a word?).
You know what I mean. Come on out and have a good time.
Remember what 97-year-old Dr. Shigeaki Hinohara said: “You get your energy from feeling good.”
