Monday is Family Day in BC. To celebrate, we are having Family Day Laughter Yoga.
Weather looks good, so we will have it in Windsor Park in Oak Bay on Windsor Street.

Laughter Yoga for Better Sleeps.
Last night, I discovered another use/benefit to Laughter Yoga. We had a great evening with friends over for din-dins and then watched the Olympics opening ceremony and the qualifiers for the snowboarders. (wow…amazing what they do!).
Connecting with friends is always awesome. After I put down my nightly reading book and settling in to go to sleep, I spontaneously started laughing.
As you may know, us Laughter Yoga types can and often do laugh for no reason. There was no reason for me to laugh, but it felt great so I continued on. It was only about 5 minutes or so but I fell asleep quite readily. When I awoke I felt refreshed.
Mental note to myself: must do this more often. J
