World Laughter Day only comes around once a year…
(I know, I know…we often have Victoria Laughter Day in September, but that’s a different issue)
Beacon Hill Park…we are by the sundial in the centre of the park.
No fees, just fun and frolic (2 outa 3 ain’t bad…in fact it’s good…)
We do Laughter “exercises” and often that turns into real laughter, but…
It doesn’t matter. Even if you just “fake it” you get the same endorphin rush.
(Endorphins are one of the feel-good hormones…makes you feel good…)
So…laugh, feel good, get connected with some fine folks in the Laughter community…
Laughter is the shortest distance between people. Ask me tomorrow and I will tell you who said that…
So COME ON DOWN…enjoy some laughs…hey, if you go to a comedy club, that works too…but it’s just not the same as doing it in the friendly nature of Beacon Hill Park…
