Ten Years of Laughter Yoga, A Celebration. Victoria Laughter News November 30, 2018

December 6th 2018 mark my 10 anniversary of being certified as  CLYT (Certified Laughter Yoga Leaer).


To mark the occasion, we will have a special Laughter Yoga session on Wednesday, December 5th at our usual venue.


Soren hosts the weekly sessions at his Inspiration Lounge at 1230 St. Patrick Street in Oak Bay.


I hope you can make it. It would be great to see some of you who have not made it recently.


Lots of laughter, of course. Also some sharing about the lessons learned during the decade of laughter.


One I can tell you about now: Laughing for a minimum of 10 minutes daily has been a “game-changer.” It has helped to keep the stresses and tensions of every day life at bay.


Laughter Yoga has also led to research (fun learnings) into other areas of self-development.


A Joyous Time Guaranteed for all. If you don’t get joyous, I will give you double your misery back…ha ha.
