Laughter Yoga…a session filled with laughter, mood-enhancing hormone release and, best of all, fun.
7pm Canada Day at Willows Beach.
We don’t know what else you will be doing to celebrate.
But a laughter session is a great way to end your day…(or middle of your day aerobic workout … depending on your schedule.).
Oh, and unlike our Zoom sessions during the Lunacy, I mean lockdown, you don’t need a password to get in…
