Well, wasn’t that a party!
On Wednesday, we had 12 of us gettin’ it on during Laughter Yoga. Two new participants came from their studies at Pacific Rim College.
Some magical “Grounding Soundings” at the end. Special time. Thanks to all who came and came forward with wonderful energy. That is what makes it all so special.
Note again that the Sunday morning LY sessions are now held indoors for fall and winter. 10.30am at Sunrise Senior Living. 920 Humboldt Street.
